  • ONBOARDING
  • Ensure optimal tax structure is established for franchisee
  • Review offer documents with franchisee
  • Assist with the preparation of the New franchisee breakeven analysis
  • Assist with the franchisee loan applications
  • Attend to the company registrations with ASIC and ATO

*Disbursement: company setup cost of $530 payable to e-companies

  • Quarterly face to face meetings in Sydney or video calls to discuss business matters
  • Preparation and lodgement of an individual tax return
  • Preparation and lodgement of additional entity tax returns (if required)
  • Preparation and lodgement of all Business Activity Statements to the ATO.
